Losing £250,000 to a Bitcoin investment scam was something I never imagined could happen to me — until it did. Like many others, I fell victim to a scheme that seemed too good to be true. The platform looked professional, deposits were processed smoothly, and I received convincing updates on my “growing” investment.
However, things took a dark turn when I attempted to withdraw my funds. Every withdrawal failed, and repeated contact with customer service led nowhere. That was when the reality sank in — I had been scammed. The emotional toll was immense; I had lost what felt like a lifetime’s worth of hard work.
